Paul Vondiziano plays music from Bach to Mediterranean composers with brilliant technique. "An aristocrat among guitarists" is how Dutch music critic Evert Lutz described Vondiziano after hearing him perform. "Vondiziano proved himself a soloist of distinction." Vondiziano was born in Larnaca, Cyprus, where he began his study of the guitar at the age of eight. The Crossing have been performing a mix of traditional Irish and Scottish, as well as original songs and tunes, since 1984. In 1992 Miles Kusik formed the Third Coast Guitar Trio with classical guitarists Jackie Zito and John Hosley. Since then they have performed across Southwest Mich., and have added Jane Vaught and Ron Cleveland to form the Third Coast Ensemble. Their instrumentation includes guitar, mandolin, mandola, octave mandola, Irish tenor banjo, concertina, harp and voice. The Womack Family Band isn't a blood-related family. However, the group consists of four members who live, eat, sleep, and breathe music- together. feature mixing and layering of sound and imagery in the digital
domain, accompanied by live instruments. After 30 minutes of live
performance by host, Julian Lauzzana, the gear will become available
to others for creative expression. Even if you don't generally listen
to electronic music, this event might be worth attending to expand
