Vondiziano was born in Larnaca, Cyprus, where he began his study of the guitar at the age of eight. Each workshop attendee will learn how to construct an oyster totem and inoculate shiitake logs, by working at drilling, inoculating and waxing stations throughout the day. You will take home 8 fully inoculated shiitake logs, and an oyster totem. A great way to kickstart your home mushroom production! Limited to 10 participants.
