The Friends For Independence Coordinating Council, was formed to help raise local dollars to supplement public funding by planning and organizing annual fund raisers, such as a raffle, golf outing and direct mail appeals. They are a key part of increasing private sector awareness and support for TCOA. Meetings are open to the public through the provisions of the Open Meetings Act
